Our products

Yes, our products are largely fragrance-free and pure; however, the use of essential oils is discouraged, which is why it is best to avoid products that contain them.

Here is a list of our products containing essential oils:

  • Citrus facial scrub (lavender and grapefruit essential oils)
  • Aleppo soap with lemon (lemon essential oil)
  • Black seed oil
  • Aleppo soap with black seed oil
  • Three-oil elixir (contains black seed oil)
  • Black soap with eucalyptus (eucalyptus essential oil)
  • Solid charcoal toothpaste and solid clay toothpaste (spearmint and field mint essential oils)

Yes, there is no contraindication to using our products on children over 3 years old.

Orders, Delivery and Returns

We do our best to ensure the safety of our shipments, but it is possible that products may be damaged during transport. If one or more products arrive damaged, please write to us at boutique@sasnajjar.com specifying:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used during the purchase
  • List of damaged product(s)
  • Photos of the inside of the package, the outside of the package, and the damaged product(s)

After receiving the information and carefully reviewing your claim, we will be able to consider compensation appropriate to the nature of the problem encountered.

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please write to us at boutique@sasnajjar.com specifying:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used during the purchase

After receiving the information and carefully reviewing your claim, we will be able to consider compensation appropriate to the nature of the problem encountered.

Your order will take between 6 and 8 business days to arrive at your address. This time may vary depending on the carrier chosen.
