Furthermore, we are committed to offering short and simple formulas, prioritizing quality organic ingredients. Most of our packaging is chosen to be recyclable and to minimize overpackaging.

Quality control at every stage
Laboratoire Najjar controls the entire manufacturing process, from the selection of raw materials to the finished product. Our rigorous controls include:
- Physico-chemical analyses of key ingredients to guarantee their purity.
- Aging tests to ensure optimal product preservation.
- Dermatological and microbiological tests, carried out by independent laboratories.
- Stability and biodegradability tests, according to regulatory requirements.

European cosmetics regulations

Since 2017, European certifications have been grouped under a single standard: COSMOS (COSMetic Organic Standard). This standard guarantees consistent quality for organic and natural cosmetics throughout Europe and distinguishes two levels of certification:
- COSMOS Natural: guarantees a composition of natural origin.
- COSMOS Organic: guarantees a composition of natural origin and ensures a minimum percentage of ingredients from organic farming.

At the same time, cosmetics regulations have been harmonized at the European level, facilitating trade and guaranteeing increased transparency. All our products comply with this strict legislation, including our Aleppo soap, manufactured and distributed in accordance with current standards.
